We want you to be satisfied with every order â here's how returns work.
Return window
Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can issue a return authorization.
What can't be returned
- Opened consumables (waxes, resins, impression materials, and similar single-use goods)
- Special-order items and custom shade/mold denture teeth
- Equipment outside the manufacturer's warranty return window
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, call us within 5 business days of delivery and we'll make it right â replacement, refund, or exchange, whichever works best for your lab.
Equipment warranty issues
Most equipment carries a manufacturer's warranty separate from our return policy. We're happy to help coordinate warranty service directly with the manufacturer.
